1. Definitions and Concepts
For your better understanding, we have defined some concepts that will help you to make better use of THE PLATFORM in order to get the best use of it.
a) User: means any natural or legal person, or representative in any form of these, who uses or is registered on THE PLATFORM and makes use of it.

c) Technological equipment: means mobile phones and smartphones, tablets, computers and any other electronic device through which THE PLATFORM can be accessed.
d) Order: means the particular order of a User for the purchase of certain Products contained within THE PLATFORM.
e) Registration: means the creation of a profile that identifies the User in order to access the products offered within THE PLATFORM.
2. Acceptance of the terms of use of the platform

3. How to buy on the platform?
The User who wishes to purchase any of the products offered within THE PLATFORM, must register within them by creating a Profile, which will allow them to access the content and place purchase orders.

If you wish to purchase any of the products offered within the PLATFORM, please note the following:
1. The plants could be in a very young state which means that they are possibly not flowering and their appearance due to their age may not be as expected, for this you will be informed of the state in which the plant is at the time of purchase. If after being informed by the state I decide to continue with the purchase, from then on it is a tacit acceptance of the state, there will be no refund of money.
2. Understanding the growth and maintenance of the plants depend 100% on who is in charge of them, it will not be the responsibility of the Seller for any change that the plant undergoes due to care that does not correspond to the type of plant purchased, consequently, after the plant is delivered it will not be the responsibility of the Seller what happens after the acquisition unless they are due to causes attributable before the acquisition.
4. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, void, or for any reason becomes unenforceable, it shall be construed within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions and shall in any event not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
5. Modifications
PIERO JARDINERO may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. However, such changes will only apply from the moment they are published on THE PLATFORM and will apply to transactions that are entered into after their entry into force, without altering transactions entered into previously.
