Terms and Conditions for Use of the www.pierojardinero.com Portal<\/h1><\/div><\/div>

The www.pierojardinero.com<\/a> portal (hereinafter the Portal) is the property of PIERO EUGSTER (hereinafter PIERO GARDENER). Access, participation and use of the Portal is free of charge and is governed by the following terms and conditions, which are understood to be known and accepted by the users of the Portal (hereinafter the User) for the use and consultation of the Portal. <\/p>

1. Information contained in the portal<\/strong><\/h4>

1.1 Ownership of the content of the Portal \u2013 Copyright<\/h4>

Total or partial reproduction, translation, inclusion, transmission, storage or access through analogue or digital media or any other system or technology created or to be created, without prior written authorisation from PIERO JARDINERO, is prohibited. However, it is possible to download material from www.pierojardinero.com<\/a> for personal and non-commercial use, as long as express mention is made of the property in PIERO JARDINERO. <\/p>

1.2 Privacy<\/h4>

PIERO JARDINERO<\/strong> is interested in protecting the privacy of the User’s personal information obtained through the Portal, committing to adopt a personal data protection policy, in accordance with Colombian legislation, safeguarding all the personal information that the User has provided to the Portal.<\/p>

Personal information is understood to be that provided by the User for registration, which includes data such as: name, department, city, telephone, mobile, email, address, Skype, website, blog, Twitter and additional information.<\/p>

The User acknowledges that the entry of personal information is done voluntarily and taking into account the characteristics of the Portal and the faculties of use by PIERO JARDINERO,<\/strong> and in the understanding that such information will be part of a file and\/or database that will contain their profile, which may be used by PIERO JARDINERO<\/strong> under the terms established herein. The User may modify or update the information provided at any time. PIERO JARDINERO<\/strong> advises the User to keep the information updated in order to optimise the benefit they can receive from the Portal. <\/p>

The personal information provided by the User is secured by an access password that only the User can access and that only the User knows.<\/p>

The User is solely responsible for keeping this password and the information included secret. PIERO JARDINERO<\/strong> undertakes not to try to access or pretend to know said password, because no transmission over the Internet is absolutely secure, nor can this end be guaranteed, the User assumes the hypothetical risk that this implies, which he accepts and knows.<\/p>

The User may request that his\/her personal information not be published or delivered by PIERO JARDINERO<\/strong> to its affiliates and\/or subsidiaries, and\/or to third parties, by sending an e-mail to the address pierojardinero@gmail.com<\/a>, in which case PIERO JARDINERO<\/strong> will not publish or deliver such information, except in case it is required by court order or to protect the property rights or any other right or guarantee of PIERO JARDINERO<\/strong>.<\/p>

PIERO JARDINERO<\/strong> is not responsible for any consequence derived from the improper entry of third parties to the database and\/or for any technical failure in the operation and\/or conservation of data in the system in any of the chapters of the Portal.<\/p>

PIERO JARDINERO<\/strong> does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties may not be aware of the type, conditions, characteristics and circumstances of the use that Users make of the Portal.<\/p>

1.3. Databases and Information<\/h4>

Whoever fills out the registration form accepts that their data will be incorporated into the databases of PIERO JARDINERO,<\/strong> its affiliates or subsidiaries for commercial and\/or marketing purposes and\/or for sending mailings.<\/p>

In any case, the User may at any time request the removal of his\/her personal information from the databases of PIERO JARDINERO,<\/strong> its affiliates, subsidiaries, etc., for which he\/she must send an email to pierojardinero@gmail.com<\/a>, in which case he\/she will lose the privileges derived from the registration. Likewise, the User may modify or update the information provided at any time, by entering the Contact Area on the Portal. <\/p>

2. Conditions of use and participation within the portal<\/strong><\/h4>
